Alex Schwacke, DVM, is an Associate Veterinarian at Colorado Cat Clinic, where she brings a dedicated passion for feline medicine and a creative approach to the unique challenges cats often present. Originally from Charleston, South Carolina, Dr. Schwacke earned her veterinary degree from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2023 and completed her clinical year at the University of Missouri.
Before joining Colorado Cat Clinic, she cared for both cats and dogs in a small animal practice in Charleston for two years, gaining experience that strengthened her medical skills as well as her commitment to strong client communication. Some of the most meaningful highlights of her career are the relationships she builds with clients and their animals.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Schwacke enjoys life with her German Shepherd and her two beloved cats: a spunky 2-year-old black cat and a feisty 3-year-old orange cat named Bean.
